Describe how and what specific details you confirmed with your client to develop the most appropriate treatment
plan according to your clients specific characteristics needs and requests.

Client characteristics needs and requests will often be different for each client; no two individual clients are
identically the same. Describe what amendments/variations to the treatment plan were applied to this treatment
and explain why.

a) List the products selected for the treatment by categorising their purpose and list their ingredients and the
manufacturers instructions for use. Include the manufacturers product knowledge protocols you referred to when
performing the manicure or pedicare treatment.

performed these actions. Make sure you consider any relevant workplace policies and procedures or the way in
which you may have considered OH&S or health and hygiene regulations relating to your learning
environment/workplace.

Explain what considerations were applied to your clients treatment plan when performing the massage routine of
the manicure or pedicare treatment and why.

On completion of the manicure or pedicare treatment performed what noticeable outcomes were observed? Explain
the further treatment recommendations you advised your client. For instance did you recommend that your client
return for another manicure or pedicare treatment in 1 2 3 or 4 weeks time? Did you provide them with advice to
utilise at home in preparation for the next treatment? Please provide your reasons for this advice.
Question 8
List the homecare products and equipment/tools you recommended to your client and explain why this would
benefit this clients characteristics needs and requests. Include in your description how you demonstrated the
product use to your client and explain what precautions you took with regard to health and hygiene regulations and
possible adverse effects during the demonstrations.

On evaluation of the treatment plan and your clients initial consultation what lifestyle changes did you recommend
to your client to support the outcomes of their treatment plan?
