“Abstract
Human relations have been changing from time to time thanks to the dynamic developments taking place in various aspects of their lives. This paper seeks to address the perspective of human relations the need for an interdisciplinary studies approach in human relations and the usefulness of human relations studies to my profession. Human relations have been on the frontline of ensuring that businesses function properly and give the expected profits. The relationships have also in creating peaceful co-existence between various individuals in the world.

Introduction
This research paper is focused on my perspective of the human relations the need for an inter disciplinary studies in human relations and the usefulness of human relations studies to my profession or important situations in life. Extensive research work being done currently indicates that the issue of poor leadership will is coming up again at a much faster pace. It is true that a great correlation exists between good leaderships and the production levels of various organizations or institutions.

Human relations can be defined differently depending on the purpose which the meaning intends to serve. It can be defined as a program or course designed to develop better interpersonal and intergroup adjustments. It can also be defined as the study of human problems which arise from an industry. Human relations are very important since they increase the levels of productivity in an organization. This is because the employees or individuals who fall under the said organizations will peacefully co-exist with each other. Well known scholars and authors the likes of Decenzo have explained that human relation studies as the study of the processes of recruitment selection of employee providing proper compensation and benefits maintaining proper relations with labor and trade unions providing proper compensation and benefits assessment of employee and maintaining employees safety among others.
The military needs strong leaders who are dedicated and determined in serving their countries in the best way possible. Such ability cannot be inherited; it is usually taught and can only be achieved if the individuals input a lot of effort. It however requires more in the sense that the leader or commander administering the training must have self-discipline they must promote human dignity and should always emphasize on positive human relations. A strong leader will be able to address the issue of dealing with human relations cases at a much better way that will meet the satisfaction of the parties which might have been involved in a dispute. There is a current tendency where people express personal prejudices and stereotypes as they relate to other people. These prejudices are usually developed as a result of past experiences lack of knowledge intimidation or fear anger and resentment among others. It is important that managers and supervisors should keep their prejudices aside when dealing with issues that affect the organization they are heading in one way or another. The prejudices are usually released when the supervisors express their attitude about the superiors. This article seeks to present a perspective for positive human relations in regard to military operations. Various countries have legislated laws which protect military officers from discrimination or suppression based on ethnic and cultural differences. Many people today fail to recognize interests beliefs and values that are common all human beings. They have turned their focus to differences which end to divide people instead of uniting them. For instance many of them talk about distinct races of people based on inherited physical characteristics. They have however been proven wrong by the fact that scientists such as anthropologists sociologists geneticists and behaviorists have not been able to come into an agreement of a common definition of race. Leaders are encouraged to recognize this reality since most people attach major significances to their ethic identities. Many people think that the presence of laws has created an environment free from traces of discrimination and inequitable treatment. The truth is that discrimination has taken new forms and is being practiced in any areas of the human field. A leader must understand the reality if at all he wants his life as a leader to be smooth. The leader also set perfect examples which are to be followed by their subordinates. And by setting these examples they will ensure that the trend follows even after they have left their offices. Social scientists have stated that many differences in human achievement personality and behaviors have been learnt from cultural influences. The differences are mainly rooted in cultural backgrounds and not in the hereditary factor. These experiences provide critical element of learning patterns used in the military culture. This means that all military leaders at all levels of command should familiarize themselves with the experiences if at all they want to be successful in their careers. By doing these more people will be willing to join the military and this mean that the respective countries will have the right number of personnel when it comes to the issue boosting their military capacity. Leaders should be mediators in instances of perceived discrimination; an individual may also perceive discrimination in instances where the other person is not aware that he or she is discriminating. Discrimination must not always be based on cultural factors; they might be perceived trough offices of different ranks different commissions different gender or marital statuses. Leaders should also be slow when it comes to the issue of judging the people who have been discriminated. This is in the sense that they all behave in a similar pattern. This should be a very positive note since they offer the leaders a nice chance to improve their relationship with other officers.
Leaders ought to understand the concept of cultural pluralism as this will help in supervision and dispatch of their duties. People tend to get frustrated and resentful over their inability to gain acceptance recognition or even understanding from other members of the military force. Many people cope with frustrations or injured feelings by seeking alternate channels which they use in in releasing their emotions. Supervisors or leaders in general should create he channels by listening to the victims. People who feel good about themselves experience very few frustrations or none at all. It is however unfortunate that almost all human beings have to face difficulties in their relationships with others. This might be very dangerous in the sense that they might deviate from their natural schedules and this might in turn affect their productivity. With all these information leaders should ensure that they guard the welfare of their subordinates by providing an ear to them when they most need someone to talk to.
